Grocery Baggers at BiLo

I'm peeved about a trend I've noticed at BiLo on 25 North. They never have enough people bagging groceries; sometimes they don't even have anybody bagging. This leaves us (the customer) standing there awkwardly with the cashier like, "what am I supposed to be doing?" Does BiLo really expect customers to put groceries in the bags?
I'm in there spending money in their business. It's their role to provide every service possible to me, not the other way around. So, because of this, I avoid that BiLo as much as possible. Heck, at Food Lion, you don't even have to take your stuff out of your cart -- they do that for you.
I don't care how snobbish this sounds, I am not a bag boy.
