Almost time to say goodbye to Summer, sadly. But there's hope on the horizon -- college football.
Clemson is undefeated. All is good for now.
I remember a couple of decades ago, biking around the neighborhood with some friends carrying a generously donated watermelon.
Instead of lugging it to one of our houses, we figured it would be a lot more fun to just drop it in the road and eat it after it cracked. Good times. Real good times.
We took the boys to the Jamboree Friday night, but they were more interested in running around the stadium.

They got very impatient with standing in line, but we've done this several times before, so they should have expected it. I think they were satisfied by the time we left, though.
Free orange sodas. Zero calories, sugar-free, and caffeine-free... those things were nasty.
We took the boys to Fan Appreciation Day at Clemson yesterday. I'll put up some pictures tomorrow, hopefully.
