Something most people aren't aware of is that outside the U.S., there are different types of automobiles. I saw people driving those four-door Nissan pickup trucks in the Dominican Republic ten years before they were sold here.

The mesh is welded over the muffler presumably to prevent someone from putting an explosive in there.
