Rod's Steak House - Williams, Arizona

Probably the best steak I’ve ever had was a prime rib at Rod’s Steak House in Williams, Arizona. It is about four or five feet right off of Route 66.

I’d like to find a local butcher that sells rib roasts so I can attempt to make some prime rib on my own.
