GREENWOOD, S.C. -- A company that provides outsourced customer service to companies around the world is adding 400 jobs -- not in Bangalore or other locations often associated with outsourcing -- but in Upstate South Carolina.

Sykes Enterprises, Inc. announced Monday that it will open an operation in Greenwood. The company will begin recruitment efforts at the Upper Savannah Job Fair on Wed., Sept. 24 at the Greenwood Mall.
